MOON STREET USA offers FREE SHIPPING* on ORDERS $50 and OVER. * to the United States including APO’s and FPO’s

All orders orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $4.95.

Orders received Monday through Thursday are processed the next business day.  Orders received Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning unless Monday is a Holiday.  Orders received on Holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times can vary as to the posted delivery times for your location, see more information on the USPS Web page – www.usps.com.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns:

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if for some reason you are not satisfied you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase.  If the item is damaged upon delivery or there is a manufacturing defect please save the shipping materials and contact us immediately at customerservice@moonstreetusa.com.

Return Policy:

  • The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as shipped.  The item(s) must be in the original packaging and have the original tags attached.
  • The merchandise must be in resalable condition.  The item(s) cannot have been worn, have stains, have odors, have been washed, or have any visible damage.
  • Refunds will be issued once the item(s) have been inspected and approved for refund.  The customer will be notified of the status of the return.

For returns not related to damaged items: (ship the item back)

  • Please notify us at customerservice@moonstreetusa.com with Subject line Return Order #_.
  • Item(s) must follow the same requirements as listed above for the Return Policy.
  • Please provide a copy of the original invoice shipped with the item(s).
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the returned item(s) or returning them to the store (see below).
  • If approved for a refund the sales amount less any shipping fees will be refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase within 5-7 business days.

For returns not related to damaged items: (local)

  • If you live locally you can bring items with a copy of your receipt into the store to return them but please be aware that our online staff is not always here so your return may not be processed immediately. Online returns are processed Monday- Friday 10-5.
  • When bringing items into the store for a return please ask for the Manager on Duty and they will ensure that your merchandise gets to our online staff. Our online staff will begin to process your return the next business day.
  • Item(s) brought into the store must follow the same requirements as listed above for the Return Policy.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanged item(s) must follow the same requirements as listed above for the Return Policy.
  • Exchanges will be processed as Returns and the new order will be placed for the Exchanged item including any shipping fees.

Credit Card Billing:

Your credit or debit card will be charged only when your order is shipped. At the time of the order, your card is pre-authorized for the total amount of the order (including shipping) and then charged when the order has been processed and shipped.  The name on your credit card bill will be from Carolina Moon Graphics, LLC.
